3 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
Mix sugar and orange juice and cook to soft ball stage. Stir into pecans and continue stirring until well coated
and turns white. Pour (scrape) onto a cookie sheet or pizza pan and break apart as desired.
DO NOT DOUBLE THIS RECIPE. Fresh squeezed orange juice really is better - but I’ve used bottled juice for years. Just decided my classmates deserved the BEST!
